Back in the mid-2000s, Vaz (Jeff Mooridian and Paul Erickson of Hammerhead and Adam Marx of Seawhores) were on a label that paid for this recording to happen, and subsequently sat on it because it wasn’t commercially viable enough. Those words typically give us goosebumps (see also Steel Pole Bathtub’s “Unlistenable” LP), but luckily Learning Curve got on the case. “Pink Confetti” is a sprawling six-song LP recorded in 2006 scheduled for release by the Narnack label with whom the band had worked after their time with Load Records. Learning Curve leapt the chance to bring this masterpiece to life just about ten years later. Clear/white/red splatter vinyl in full colour sleeve with insert and digital download coupon.
